Exchange 2007 is unable to receive attachments over 7 mb

Dear All,

I am using exchange 2007 with latest patches and updates. I cannot received attachements more than 7mb. I checked in receive connectors and it is set to 10mb. Checked Global Organizational Limit and it is set to 30mb. I am not sure where this is set.

Hi,

You have to set at least 30-40 % roughly higher than 7MB. Say for example, try to set as 15MB and see the diference

This is by design.

The MIME encoding increases the size of the attachment by about 33%.
