Any procedure to find Root cause analysis in UAG 2010


  • Hi Everyone,My customer told me that his UAG appliance went offline suddenly.He did reboot his UAG appliance after that all services are working normal.Now he wants to know about root cause for that problem.We checked Web logs and event viewer logs but nothing was related to UAG appliance offline. In Event viewer logs there is a warning message as "Limit exceed more than 10000 connection for unauthenticated user".Customer is using F5 load balancer behind the UAG and making more than 1000 connection in single minute.

    Is there any procedure to find out root cause analysis for being UAG went offline?
