Maybe, if you give a bit more information.
Are you talking about a touchpad on a laptop? What's the make and model # of the laptop (ie. Toshiba Satellite M305D-S4831)?
Was it working and did it suddenly stop? If so, have you changed any settings in Control Panel lately?
If it was never working with Windows 7, have you recently installed or reinstalled Windows 7 on the machine?
