That would require your users to change their password every time they login. And thus the answer is no. (Of course it could be scripted as to always be checked, but that would make your users have a one-time password)

Okay thanks. I thought that I could change it, so when I had to reset a password the "change password next time" checkbox was checked. But... Thanks anyway
You could of course make a script or a webpage that allows you to reset a users password and then check the box for you. Do a search for "asp reset password" on the web or check the script repository on Microsofts web to get started.
