DPM2012 database RRS feed

• Question

• im trying to fix and issue and im not sure if it is related however this is the link to an articlue i have found which i belive is the answer to my issue

i also have
placed a question on this forum about the recovery tab and how it crashes

I have gone
through the DPM database by using the query from the web site above and I have
noticed that there are servers in my database which are not in my
"Protected" groups I must have about 9 servers now and I’m guessing
this is something to do with the fact that when I tried to install the
protection agent on them and failed.

But it still
left them in the database, which I think this is the reason I am getting this
error. Do we know if there is a tool or command that i can use to get rid of
these servers?

Can Microsoft
not produce a patch or something for when a failed agent does NOT get added to
DPM it does not add it to the database. (Basically it keeps it self-clean)

Because at
the moment i can’t recover any data what so ever and i am not going to
reinstall and even if I manually add these servers im still not sure on whether
it will fix my issue
