Can you tell me what is the error message? After checking on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, I found that Sage Line 500 is not compatible with Windows
7, you can check it on:

You can ask Saga company for help.
Furthermore, please try installing this software with Windows XP Mode for test:
Install and use Windows XP
Mode in Windows 7
Also try installing in as Administrator in Windows XP compatibility mode.
