  • Hi Charlie Welfth,

    >> go to calendar, the date navigation pane and the calender view are empty.

Do you mean the Folder Pane is blank and empty? Can you see calendar items normally?

What’s your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?

Please try starting Outlook in safe mode and see whether this issue continues. This helps eliminate if the problem is related to any third party add-ins. To do this, please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe, press Enter.

Besides, what’s the detailed version of Outlook? Please install available updates of Office to test the results.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry
