  • Hi

You may refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Right-click on the inaccessible drive.
    2. Now go to the Properties section.
    3. Select the ‘Security’ and click on the ‘Edit’ button.
    4. Click the ‘Add’ button to continue.
    5. Add a new user named ‘Authenticated User’ and Click ‘OK’.
    6. From the permission section, give ‘full control’ to newly added user and click ‘OK’.
    7. The dialog box will show two options: ‘Continue’ or ‘Cancel’.
    8. Press Continue… and Cancel at last.
