Retrieving IM chat's RRS feed

    We have had all of our users accounts on SFBO, but we just disable the Shared sip address from out on-prem 2010 environmentsince we are moving away from it.  Is there  way to retrieve IM chats between 2 users?

    Hi rondefino,

    Based on my understanding, if your environment is integrated with Exchange server, and your conversation history is stored on the Exchange, after you disable the shared sip address, you could integrate SFB online with Exchange server, then you could retrieve the IM chats between two users.

    If the conversation history is stored in SFB archiving server, after you disabled the shared sip address, the previous conversation history won’t be retrieved.
