MWI Integration with Exchange 2010 and Cisco Call Manager 8.6 RRS feed

  • Hello. We have two Exchange environments, 2007 and 2010, with a SIP trunk from the Call Manager to the Exchange Gateway. We created a UM policy for 2010, but all mailboxes are still only seeing the UM policy from 2007. We think this is why the MWI is not activating (lighting up). Any ideas? Thanks. John and Randy
