Outlook 2013 crashes when expanding a specific folder. RRS feed

  • Outlook will crash when you expanding a specific node within the folder list. I have tried to reset the view with command switch, but didn't work.

  • I have seen my clients losing mails due to outlook issues. make sure you take a backup for your mails whenever having mail client issue.

    How about the issue currently?

    Please try Outlook in safe mode for further troubleshooting:
    Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type Outlook /safe, press Enter to start Outlook. Expand a folder and confirm if Outlook crashes.
