  • Conference join failed because a subscription channel could not be established. Does anyone know what this actually means? It happens here and there in our environment. The environment is healthy, but when someone gets disconnected in a conference, I need to explain why. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Is this common for other people?

    In this case, you should check the diagnostic headers in client side logs to determine why the SIP SUBSCRIBE was rejected.

    For SFB client side, please try to install the latest update then try to rebuild user profile then test again.

    For SFB server side, check if there are any event IDs in FE server, then check if all the required ports are open for SFB server, the following document is for your reference
