Unable to access ECP for domain users. RRS feed

  • We are facing an issue regarding Message Tracking using OWA or ECP.
    When users tries to search any mails from or to any recipient he gets no o/p but a warning as " Log service was unavailable on HUB server "

    However , on both HUB servers , specified service is running.

    Also meesage tracking is enabled on both HUB and Mailbox servers.

    Even user are able to access their individual OWA but only ECP is not accessbile.

    I am able to see message tracking from EMS but not using ECP GUI.

    Kindly help....


    2 Hub Servers dedicated.

    2 CAS server dedicated.

    Mailbox in DAG.

    What type of authentication do you have in ECP Directory under IIS ?
