How to Sync Tickets from Sharepoint to Emails in Outlook 2007

I am having difficulties in making this work out.

I have a sharepoint system whereby tickets will be raised and it will be sent to my outlook account. I want to sync outlook and sharepoint such that when i reply the tickets using outlook it will automatically be updated in Sharepoint.

May i know if this is possible?

You can e-mail enable sharepoint libraries, a primer is over here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-sharepoint-services-it/configuring-e-mail-enabled-document-libraries-HA001160803.aspx

It does impact your infrastructure, as some changes have to be made iin your sharepoint, AD, and Exchange environment.
