WSUS and MS Security Bulletin do not show the same replace update info. Which is correct?

In WSUS, Update MS15-073 [KB3070102] is shown as superseded by MS15-080.

But, in the technet, https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS15-080, MS15-073 is not mentioned.

Also, MS Security bulletin shows different from WSUS

Which is correct? WSUS or technet?

Please suggest.

Both are correct, you are misunderstanding an important recent change to the MS bulletin content.

as per https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS15-080

*The Updates Replaced column shows only the latest update in a chain of superseded updates. For a comprehensive list of updates replaced, go to the Microsoft Update Catalog, search for the update KB number, and then view update details (updates replaced information is on the Package Details tab).

e.g. for Windows 7: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=261b2b76-88df-4124-8674-daee743f360d
Package Details shows many superseded updates, including KB3070102
