    Hi,

    If I create a local account then is it possible to create its profile in the same script?

    No.  The system does many things when creating a profile.  You can create a profile that is a template and copy it to the users profiles after it is created by the system.

    I've done it with psexec and it suited my purposes.

    psexec -h -accepteula -u myuser -p mypassword cmd /c echo

    Hi,

    Sound interesting. So the profile get created but all runonce and active-setup will be done on the first interactive login?

    I don't know.  I'll take your word for it.  The current user registry is there (ntuser.dat), and the user's start menu.  I don't expect appx things to be setup (if anybody cares).
