    BizTalk Connector Microsoft Dynamics CRM-hez.

     

    2006 október óta áll rendelkezésre Microsoft CRM-hez adapter a biztalk connectorhoz, így lehetővé válik a BizTalk segítségével két CRM implementáció szinkronizálása is.

    The English-only demo is a fully operational hosted CRM environment, enabling Service Providers to deliver “try before you buy” offers, allowing end-users to evaluate the product in order to accelerate their purchasing decision, resulting in shorter sales cycles and increased sales.

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Service Provider Edition Client for Microsoft Office Outlook!

     

    Overview:

    With this update, Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook can be installed and run on computers that run Windows Vista-based operating systems and/or Office 2007-based applications.

     

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients for Microsoft Office Outlook enables access to the same data through Outlook as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client.

     

    This release is only for users of the Service Provider Edition of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

    Download version 3.0.6 of the SDK to get new and updated sample code, topic enhancements, and bug fixes. Here are a few of the changes you’ll find in this version:

     

    Learn best practices for writing code that performs better by creating multiple threads and using unsafe connection sharing.

     

    In the Sample Code section, you’ll find new samples that show you how to:

    • Create a customer relationship
    • Create an opportunity and set a picklist
    • Perform a bulk delete operation

    You can use the Microsoft CRM 3.0 Bulk Import Wizard to import bulk data into default and custom attributes of system entities. But, if you want to import custom entities you need to write your own import tool.     Létrehoztuk ügyfélportálunkat, a CustomerSource-t, amely a Microsoft Dynamics termékeket használó ügyfeleink jelszóval védett portálja. Termékeinkhez kapcsolódó információkat valamint szolgáltatásokat tartalmaz, tudásbázisában megoldásokat kereshet, termékfrissítéseket tölthet le, on-line tréningeken vehet részt, és még számos egyéb funkciót használhat.

     

    Minden olyan Dynamics ügyfelünk jogosult a portálhoz hozzáférni, akik érvényes Microsoft karbantartással (un. Enhancement Plan-nel) vagy szoftverfrissítéssel (Software Assurance) rendelkeznek.

     

    Az alábbi termékek vásárlói jogosultak a portálhoz való hozzáférésre:

    Karácsonyra megjelent a Dynamics CRM 4.0 végleges(!) kiadása is- a 90 napos próbaverzió letölthető innen:

    Mindenkinek ajánlott legalább kipróbálás erejéig, akit eddig a 3.0-ban lévő korlátok riasztottak el. Szerintem nagyvállalati környezetben is kiválóan megállja a helyét. (Többnyelvűség, több vállalat támogatása, analysis services integráció, kiváló betöltőeszköz, stb.)

     

    Valamint ha már a BizTalk is említésre került - a BizTalk Server 2006 R2 is RTM-es már. Egy sor újítást és átdolgozást tartalmaz, például támogatja a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0-t a benne található Sharepoint adapter, a szerver telepítésekor szorosan integrálódik Communication Foundation-höz, továbbá támogatott a .net keretrendszer frisebb verzióinak használata.

    Natív Oracle adaptere megkönnyíti az Oracle alkalmazásokkal adatbázis és alkalmazási szintű integrációt is.

    Még karácsony előtt felkerültek a frissített dokumentációk az MSDN és Technet oldalakra is.

    Az új BizTalk adapterek (LOB, HIS, RFID) mellett a régiek természetesen használhatók továbbra is.

    A Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 telepítőkészletét követően már egy előre telepített virtuális környezet is elérhetővé vált amely 2009 áprilisáig érvényes. A rendszer angol nyelvű. A magyar nyelvi fájlok február végén készülnek el.

     

    A virtuális környezetet kiegészíti egy segítő alkalmazás amely lehetővé teszi

    • tesztadatok generálását,
    • egyedi ikonok készítését az objektumokhoz
    • egymástól függő értéklisták készítését
    • rendszerfeliratok automatikus cseréjét

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 magyarul

     

    A mai nappal elérhetővé vált a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 magyar nyelvi verziója. A CRM 4.0 egyik fontos újdonsága, a párhuzamos nyelvkezelés, amelyhez végre a magyar nyelvű állomány is rendelkezésre áll. 

    Az alkalmazás már magyar nyelven is letölthető, illetve a már telepített angol nyelvű rendszerek a nyelvi csomaggal frissíthetőek. Lehetővé vált, hogy felhasználónként beállítsuk a rendszer kezelőfelületét.
