  • Question

  • My wife shares a laptop with my daughter, each having their own user sign on. About 6 months ago we started having issues with IE 9 presenting a lot of errors. This was shortly after removing the free MacAfee program that came with it.  For a quick fix I added Google Chrome for my wife to use (this did not become available to my daughter for some reason).  Still experiencing issues I have deleted the upgrades to IE and reinstalled (now IE11).  This seems to be working fine for my wife, Skype issues are gone also, but my daughter still cannot use IE, it pulls up and says searching for (her home page)but never moves.  I read another forum that had me try to go directly to an IE page but that didn't work either.  I have deleted her user and started a new one for her and have the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
