  • im having trouble with installion I have windows 8.1 and must of swiched a pandle of some sore on pc and some how it missed up everything on my pc laptop so wondering how would I be able to fix it or do I have to buy another laptop sorry for bothering yall just don't know what to do  if yall need it thank yall very much have a good day yea!!!!

    You may download ISO from here and go for a Clean installation.

    If the issue still insists, we need a clean install. You can use the tools on this page to create your own installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD.

    If you want upgrade Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, we also need a clean install. Because Windows 8.1 upgrade activity has stopped. You will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool.
