  • I'd check the domain controller and problem client both have the static address of DC listed for DNS and no others such as router or public DNS. Also check that a route between network exists and correct gateway is used.

  • hi,
can you enter tracert 10.0.3.3  in command prompt. look the difference between when client get ip address automatically and when client be set static ip address. check if there is route item error cause you can not add in domain .

  • if our client get ip address from DHCP same error we are getting while join the PC to domain. other subnet iP work perfectly.

I'd remove these addresses listed for DNS unless they are domain controllers.

    • 10.0.3.7
    • 10.0.144.3
    • 10.0.3.3

I'd also check that route exist between 10.0.0.1 and 10.0.144.1 networks (tracert) and no firewalls blocking. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/179442/how-to-configure-a-firewall-for-domains-and-trusts
