As far as I know, this MOM alert can be fixed by adding the MOM DAS account to the local administrators group on the MOM management server. After that, please reboot or restart the MOM and SQL and FCS services and see if it works.
If the issue still retains, please restore the MOM-WMI dependency as described in the FCS troubleshooting guide here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb643197.aspx
