SharePoint 2013 - SSRS Integration

    Question

  • Hello,

We are running SharePoint 2013 Enterprise on a Windows Server 2008. This server also hosts a local instance of SQL Express 2012 that hosts the Content Databases. We also have a separate Windows Server 2008 server that is hosting SQL Server 2012 R2 Standard that we would like to host our Integrated SharePoint Reporting Services.

We have both SSRS for SharePoint and SharePoint integrated mode installed on SQL Server, We have the SSRS Application Service setup in SharePoint, which all seem to initially configure correctly. We are still unable to setup or run any SSRS Reports in SharePoint.

One of the current errors that we are receiving includes:

The feature: "Windows SharePoint Services integration" is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.OperationNotSupportedException: The feature: "Windows SharePoint Services integration" is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services.

  • Hi cquiroga77,

I believe you have this issue because you have not installed the correct bits for:

Reporting Service Add-in for SharePoint Products

You just need to install 'Reporting Service Add-in for SharePoint Products' on WFE server.

Some suggestions are on this sites:
