DVD compatibility I have DVD-R 8x RRS feed

  • I have DVD-R 8x  it doesn't seem to work on my windows 7 any one know and if there is anything I can do?

  • Hi,

    First, please make sure that the DVD-R 8x is not corrupted, then we can also check the driver for the DVD/CD-ROM drives under device manager, see if the drive is functioning fine.
