An internal error occurs while attempting to open MPP file RRS feed

  • I am currently using Project Online version 15.0.4711.1003.

    I am able to open a specific MPP file (in our project portfolio) without any issues. However one my peers is encountering an internal error when he attempts to open the file. There is no other debugging information when this error occurs. 

    He is the owner of the SharePoint site and seems to have all the appropriate access privileges.  Has anybody seen a similar issue before? I don't think the file is corrupted.
