Windows7 Blue Screens RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.

I have a Toshiba A300 Laptop. And from a while i get a lot of Bluescreens. I do a check to Ram memory with MemTest86+ and no errors was reported. I have 2 ram slot both with 2GB memory in each. The manufacturer say to use 667Mhz memory but i find in the laptop one memory at 800Mhz frequency, so i make update using memory with this frequency. Now i have a Crucial and a Kingston memory.

I attach the minidump zip. I hope somebody will help me.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

From the dump file, I noticed different BugCheck errors. Most of them are related network adapter and video card. Please check if the issue will occur in Safe Mode.

I suggest updating device driver especially network adapter driver (LAN and WLAN) and video card driver from Toshiba website manually.

Also, you can try the following hotfix.

  • My notebook now is 3 years old. Toshiba doesn't update the drivers for a long period now.  What should I do? There aren't Memory Errors?
