  • Does it apply to all browsers or only the IE? If only the IE, reset the Internet Explorer option.

  • Hi,

Before going any further, I want to verify did you use proxy to access website?

I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue:

1 Login with Safe Mode with networking

2 Temporally disable firewall and antivirus software

    3 Disable IPv6

    4 Run the following commands

    ipconfig /renew

     Register DNS via command:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /registerdns

5 If you are using a router, bypassing it for test.

    6 Reset WinSock

    Hope that helps.
