With the ROM solution deployed, the Service Provider's OM 07 instance will include all their customers' managed computers. It is possible to aggreate the inventory across customers. That would be your choice when selecting the parameters for your report. For example, you could elect to include objects from multiple customers in a report.
The ROM management pack does not extend the reporting features of OM 07 itself. If there is not an inventory report suitable for you, for example one that has the "Example Data" like you listed in your post, then you can create custom reports using the SQL Report Builder.
OM 07 uses the full SQL Server 2005 product, and Report Builder is included with SQL Server 2005. You should be able to accomplish your objective with the ROM solution.
