External App Authorization Failing after migration RRS feed

  • We recently migrated from GoDaddy hosted Office365 to Microsoft hosted Office365 using Skykick.  One of our externally hosted applications that requires access to individual email accounts and calendars (Nylas) which was working previously using GoDaddy now displays the following error on the backend:

    “Can't connect to the mailbox of user because the ExchangePrincipal object contains outdated information. The mailbox may have been moved recently.”

    The front end displays "Please check your email or password".

    How can we resolve this issue?
