Is there any way we can update this article, or contact the Author of it, I'm sorry but my Russian is limited to "Da"...
It's still a good article translated into different languages so as long as someone can take the time to fix the broken links 'I assume its an easy job if you know Russian'. I'll see what I can do to fix the article.

You're right, all links seem to be broken in this article. Unless they can be fixed, I think this article needs to be removed.

Tord's right. The solution is to send it to the Russians-speakers to fix it. Let's ask the Russian Council.

Hello!
Last articles have a TOC with anchor links to an editor, not to content
Something like this .../9685.wiki-ru-ru/edit.aspx#What_We_Want_You_To_Do
Impossible to use.
"вставка кода - слово и дело" ---- .../9686.ru-ru/edit.aspx#InsertingCode
For example, a link to "Как вставить отформатированный код" in the "Get Started" article may be a link to a such anchor. But it goes to an editor :-(- Edited by RH6M6 Sunday, September 29, 2013 5:24 PM more details

If you find problems still in that article, just go ahead and fix them. I spent several hours fixing the links in that article and related articles.

Wow! And I even tried to create a new one because I didn't know about them. I guess one has to go - can you compare which one looks better and mark one of them as duplicate and make sure to use the correct link in all references?
