Network location is wrong Server 2008 R2

Basically the same issue that was locked in this thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsserver2008r2networking/thread/56ba66d6-bb72-4bff-bbf2-cc480e4127db

but all of my nic's are identifying as domain even though two of them are public facing.

i have tried the firewall block for the NLA service and its not working.

any help?

The interface that publish facing , do you mean it has an valid internet address and connect to internet directly ?

Actually windows system will evaluate and apply an proper profile to an interface based on some conditions , please take look the article below in order to get a better understanding on how it works, especially on how it determines and uses domain profile:
