Can't open generated PPTX file

I programatically generated a pptx file with a bar chart it in and ran it through the SDK Productivity Tool's validator and it said no errors were found. However, if I try to open the file in Powerpoint it says there was an error accessing it, etc.

Thank you for using Microsoft Office for IT Professionals Forums.

After downloading the pptx file, I also cannot open it.

Regarding this issue, I think the file maybe corrupted.

The file was one that I generated programatically. How would I go about diagnosing what I am doing wrong? (It passes the validation test in the Office Open XML SDK Productivity Tool.)
