Blue screen of death/Memory dump RRS feed

  • Hello i hope you can help or give me some good advice i pc decided to crash on me 24 hours ago i got the BSOD telling me that it was performing a memory dump it restarted and i tought that was the end of it but it has kept doing it ever since and now i cant even get on to the windows start up as soon as i attempt to start up it freezers just after the windows logo i even try to restore to a prev version but that is also not allowing me to do this i have also tried to start in safe mode but same thing happens.

    Steps i have taken:

    Restore back to a prev time

    Safe mode

    and have also tried to send a report but was unable to and as i have now been unable to get on to windows for the past few hours any help would be appreciated

  • To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows.

    Can you boot to safe mode? If yes, please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.
