I recently upgraded my laptop from Win XP to Win 7. Prior to the upgrade, I was able to connect through the Cisco VPN client and access my office desktop through Remote Desktop Computer. I installed an updated version of the VPN Client after
the Windows upgrade. I can connect to my office network; however, I can no longer access my office pc via Remote Desktop Computer.
I am using the 32 bit version of Win 7 (laptop was running the 32 bit Win XP).
This problem also occurs with the Win 7 64 bit version.
i had this problem with Checkpoint VPN client, i could not remote WMI, blocked ports etc.., upgrading the client version solved the problem, check with Cisco if the client supports Windows 7
