Bare Deployment

I tried the bare metal deployment and it won’t do it without having the MAC address in the collection, the other alternative is I advertise it to all systems which I tried but the advert will appear on all desktops. Could you outline the steps as to how I would go about a bare metal deployment?
I am Supporting WP7 but please keep improving it MS.

Deploy the advertisement to all unknown systems will allow system not in sccm to run it
