Hi,
Generally, the MP in SCOM 2007 would work in SCOM 2012, but there is an exception, you could refer to the following thread:

The 2007 network device model has become legacy in SCOM 2012.
At what point do you get this error? At import in the SCOM 2012 management group?
At first glance, it seems like SCOM2012 upgraded your management pack, but forgot to fix some aliases. I would check and see if there are any inconsistencies regarding those.
If the management group has been upgraded, the MP should continue to work. For future functionality however you will have to reauthor the MP so it used the new network device model.
