Help ! I don't retrieve the "Archive" of my e-mails RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I wanted to try the "Archive" option in my Outlook: I selected several e-mails end then I clicked on "Archive". The system did not ask for confirmation nor for a folder. The emails disappeared immediately and I don't know where to find them. What directory are they in?

    Thanks for your help

  • Hi WLID1966,

They must have gone to Archive folder. Archive is one of the default folders, like Inbox and Sent Items, and you can find it in the same folder list. If the folder list is not displayed somehow, you can select View > Folder Pane > Normal.

You can find more details in this article:

  • Hi,

If you operated like Burak said, then your emails should have been moved to your Archive folder.

You may also find them by searching. Hover over the emails in the result and the folder where it is located will be displayed.

    Hope this can be helpful.
