Maintenance Mode

    Question

  • Has anyone had issues with Maintenance Mode not taking affect?  Even though it shows the server in maintenance mode, alerts from these objects are still sending alerts?

  • What object are you putting into maintenance mode? If you put a "Windows Server" object into maint mode, then things like agent and health service watcher don't get put into maint mode because they're not contained by "Windows Server"

  • Hello,

    Please check this agent status under the operations manager > agent > agent state view. Make sure it is in not monitored state(with Maintenance Mode icon). 

    In addition, on average, by default an agent will continue to generate alerts for 2.5 minutes after being put into maintenance mode, for more details, please refer to the link below:
