DPM 2016 - Tape Management Report RRS feed

  • I am trying to figure out why my reports are not being sent to the email addresses specified.

    The SMTP server settings are correct and when I enter the DPM user credentials to send a test mail this works. But when the scheduled reports are set to run they don't.

    In the SQL Database I found the table for the subscribers and when I have sent a test mail the modified date changes to the date and time I sent the test mail.

    The Last status is "Mail Sent...(Emails Addresses I specified)"

    Last run date was yesterday at 14:30 when I added an admin account to test with, now even adding this account doesn't seem to work.

    I there a way I can send test emails with out having to wait until the schedule runs (times are 30mins apart in drop down).

    Once I get this working I will set the day and time to its final resting point.
