    Hi All

     

    I'm having a problem with the Parental Controls.

     

    When my kids are trying to view sites, they are blocked by Parental Controls and the message is "rating service unavailable".

     

    They where sites they could get to in the past now they cannot.

     

    I recently had to fall back to a restore point due to another problem; could this have caused it?

    I also have the same problem. May I know which restore point (date) did you roll back to? There were some major updates recently.
    Any replies from Microsoft on this?

    Please make sure your firewall program is allowing WPC to communicate with WPC server........ (is it blocking outgoing connection)
    This is a general reason for for "rating service unavailable "
