Exchange 2010 Play-on-Phone feature

Question

Hi. I'm having trouble getting this to work in 2010. I have a lab with 2007 and 2010 coexisting in it and the Play-on-Phone feature works great in 2007. When connecting to a UM-enabled 2010 mailbox however, all I see is the media player option but no reference to the play-on-phone link I would normally see. I know the UnifiedMessaging URL is deprecated in 2010 in lieu of the EWS directory. I'm using ISA to publish both 2007 and 2010 Exchange services and the other features work fine including the new ECP virtual directory. I checked the WebServicesVirtualDirectory URLs and they look correct according to this TechNet article.
I did see a reference in another forum posting referring to the MSDN link talking about the EWS API for the play-on-phone feature but was confused by this. Is there anything special we have to do to get this feature working?
Thanks in advance.

I think it’s the change for UM in the exchange 2010, as it’s the same in my lab as well

Do you mean the “Play on Phone” button isn’t appeared on the voice message when shows in the preview pane?
Please open the voice message, the button is on the top of the message

James,
Hi. Yes, that is what I meant. I now see that it does display when you open the message and it works fine. Just wondering why it's changed and no longer displayed in the preview window. Any idea why?
Thanks.

Yeah, you may be right. I don't see how this would be convenient for users though. It seems like a step backwards from the way 2007 works. Thanks for confirming that it functions the same way in your lab. I thought something was wrong with my setup.
