IMAP mail for Windows 10 not working. RRS feed

  • I have tried quite a few times to log into my business email through mail on windows 10. 

    It has worked on my macbook, but doesn't seem to work on my windows PC. 

    The issue is, I will log into my account as normal. Although, it just simply logs me in and does not allow me to see the advanced settings where I am able to put in the server. So, I did some research and some people said to go to settings -> manage accounts -> click on said account -> change mailbox sync settings. So, I tried that and it won't let me access the "change mailbox sync settings". The button is grey and is not accessible. Can someone please help me with this issue! I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out as I have been able to get it to work on everything else except for my windows 10 computer.
