Transfer Anonymous Call Disconnects RRS feed

  • We have an on-premise S4B deployment for a small office (about 60 users).  Whenever someone tries to transfer a call that came from "Anonymous Caller", as soon as they click the transfer button, the call window closes and the call disconnects.  This only happens when the original call came from "Anonymous Caller."  It happens to everyone in the organization too.  It doesn't matter who they transfer the call to because it closes as soon as they click transfer (they don't even have the option to choose the destination.  So, because it happens for everyone, it seems like it is a server-side issue.  Any advice?

    Running Skype for Business Server v6.0.9319.259.  Tried on multiple PCs both inside and outside the network (on domain-joined and non-domain-joined).

  • You may want to share a screenshot or error message. It's better, if you use the Snooper and extract the detailed information from it.
