Windows VPN cannot access DFS Namespace Shares

-
HI, I’m having an issue that I can’t seem to get my head around. I have a Windows 2012 R2 network with DFS Namespace and Replication which all works fine. I’ve setup a RRAS server with an ikeV2 VPN which works fine also. I am using DNS on my network and I have Winds and NetBIOS turned off on the RRAS server. Now when I connect to the Network I can connect to all my mapped Namespace drives without issue, if I disconnect then connect again it may not work or even sometimes it will work and stop after about 5 minutes and not allow me to connect the drives. I can ping all of my servers and UNC onto the servers themselves using the FQDN and I can connect to the drives that way. If I go into the namespace folder I can see only my Home folder and the other drives that should appear are not there. Windows 7 appears to not be affected by this only Windows 8 and Windows 10. Am I missing something?? All help would be most appreciated.
