Delete intermediary page

Question

Hello,
Today I put a service offering and into this the generic service demand... :
then users have to click on this :
and after, this :
"go form of demand"
It's complicated, and boring I think.. it's possible to delete the second page and direclty click on the create request button? Like the button web part did? I delete this button because of apparence, I think it’s better with service offering, more beautiful :)

Hi !
No :) your problem is the caracter ' in "Demande générique d'incident".
Try to double this caracter "Demande générique d''incident"
That's work fine for me !

Hi Nanou42.
Unfortunately, the navigation for request offerings is fixed within the SharePoint Web Parts and cannot be configured.
Cheers

Hi,
Out of the box it's not possible to modify the Silverlight webpart.
If you want you can create a custom menu to direct access to the offers.
To do this you can check this good post to generate a direct link to request offering : http://blog.scsmsolutions.com/2012/09/generate-link-to-specified-request-offering-or-to-generic-request/

Hello,

To do this, I have to put my url in left menu it's right ? but not in the category like now ?
Thanks!

Hi,
Yes you must put link on the left or create new SharePoint page.
For using Get-SCSMServiceOffering , please download the last SCSM PowerShell Cmdlets BETA 4 : http://smlets.codeplex.com/

Ok Remy it's ok for service offering ! :)
but for request offering I had following error
Maybe, it's because "demande générique d'incident" is default demand ?
