EndPoint Protection Custom Client Settings for Specific Collection

Hi ,
I have 2 Questions.
1- 1- I created a Custom Client Settings for EndPoint Protection and I put the priority 3 while Default Client Settings priority is 10000 , Which one will be in priority.
2- Custom EndPoint Protection Client settings , How I can assign to a specific Collection

1. The one with the lowest priority number will take priority. So if you have a custom setting that is 3 it will take priority over the default that is 10,000
2. Right click and custom policy and deploy and choose collection.

Quick addition to Justin's correct answers: if the client settings aren't deployed, they don't do anything. The default client settings are deployed automatically to all systems (you can't change this), but unless you explicitly deploy your custom client settings packages, they have no effect on anything regardless of priority.

Thanks everyone , In my scenario , SCCM Client has been installed on all PCs (which is by default). I have created Custom EP Client Settings , For now please guide me if i am not correct
Step 1: Right Click on Custom EP Policy and will deploy to Collection
Step 2: I will create a Custom Antimalware Policy , right Click and Deploy to Collection
Step 3: I will create a Auto Deployment Rule with schedule to run daily , to push Forefront EP definitions to my collection.Waiting for reply
