Yesterday I accessed my computer registry to look at some files and everything was fine. I adjusted some of the permissions though and may have accidentally restricted my own permissions, now I can not access my Internet Explorer though Firefox is working
perfectly, the page comes up but it "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage" however I have perfect signal and when I try to Diagnose Problem it says "A problem is preventing troubleshoot from starting". Also now I cant access my registry
by entering "regedit" anymore so I cant fix the problem. Is there any way I can get back into my registry and fix the permissions? Please Help!
