Have you seen tthe solution given in
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_21963372.html
Basically, update to the latest service pack of exchange
Failing that, do what the event suggests, recreate the containing mailbox
This guide will show you how to backup everything from the mailbox with Exmerge

Hi,
What's version of the Exchange server? If it is Exchange 2000, please try the below hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821293
If not, please try to use Outlook client and OWA to open the mailbox of the user identified by event 8230, then locate the calendar item and delete it. If that doesn't resolve this issue, we might need to re-create the mailbox.
Thanks

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the help here......Raj I haven't upgraded out servers to SP2 rollout 1 yet as we are in a change freeze and I also haven't yet recreated the accounts which are showing the errors. I did check the KB article ( thanks Chinthaka) but the legacyExchangeDN checks out ok.
I also checked the for the missing SystemAttendantDN registry key as mentioned in KB article 3104440 but that also looks ok.
In short I'm still getting a "few" of these erros EXCDO.
