Hi Amanpreet,
We can go to Administration->Management Pack->Installed Management Packs, Look for , insert exchange to search all the exchange MPs and right click the MPs that are related to Exchange server 2010, delete them.
Hope it can hole.
Best regards.

Hi,
one more thing to add to nice reply by Crystal and Leon:
If you have made overrides to the Exchnage 2010 MP, you will not be able to remove it directly, you will get and error message about dependecies. You need to remove the MPs, which reference he Exchange 2010 MP first and then remove the management pack itself.
You can check which management packs depend on the Exchnage 2010 MP, by navigating to its Properties and then to the tab "Management Pack Dependencies". You can remove also Dependencies like described here:
Removing SCOM Management Pack Dependencies
Hope we were able to help.

Thanks all for reply but there I am not looking for how to delete the MP and dependencies. I am taking from the point of view of the data sets created by Exchange MP or correlation engine. I think I need to refer MP guide

So you want to remove the Exchange data set data from the SCOM data warehouse?
The event data will be groomed automatically depending on your grooming settings, removing this manually from the database is not supported.
How to configure grooming settings for the Operations Manager database
You can manually run a grooming but I would not recommend running it and let SCOM run it automatically instead.

Before just uninstalling the management pack from the console as you usually would I would suggest checking on where SCOM is running the correlation engine from. To find out where it's running, in the console go to Discovered Inventory and look for the "Monitoring Correlation Engine Role". It will be one of your management servers. After the MP is uninstalled this class is not available so you can't look this up.
Logon to that server and see if you have the option in Programs and Features to uninstall the Exchange 2010 MP. If you do then this should take care of the correlation engine service too.
However it's not unusual for the correlation engine to have been installed on a different computer to where the MP was extracted, in which case it won't be listed in Programs. In this case manually stop the service, then run this from an elevated command prompt to remove the service:
sc delete MSExchangeMonitoringCorrelation
The SCOM database should take care of any grooming required.
