  • Hi,

    For Event ID: 12800

Confirm that server performance is fine & some corrupted item might cause this event id.

To identify the corrupted message please follow below action plan:

    1. Create Registry entry "Save Content on Conversion Error" under

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIs\ParametersSystem

    2. Create folder under C drive “Content Error”

    3.  Add String value named "Save Content Location" and entered Value c:\content error in the registry

    4.  Raise Diagnostic Logging for MS Exchange IS èContent Engine to  Medium

    5.  Wait for some time & catch the culprit message in content error folder

    Best Regards!

    1. There seems to be multiple issue here, I'd run the ExchBPA 1st and correct any critical errors
    2. Check and see if your GC's are accessible and OK.
