  • Hi,

    this forum is for Questions regarding Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10 for the IT Pro Audience. Topics covered are: Installation, Deployment, Configuration, Security, Group Policy, Management questions. If you are a consumer looking for answers or to raise a question, it's highly recommended you head on over to

    we can't help you unless you tell us which windows and IE versions you are using....

    the website has MAJOR design and coding issues and was written for browsers of the last century, which is probably a reflection on their quality of service.

    Try Internet Options>Advanced tab, click the "Reset IE Settings" button... this will reset IE's (8-10) settings to their factory defaults and disable your Addons.... the site uses google urchin tracking (why a 'bank' would do this is beyond me) and your Google toolbar may be a problem...

  • Hi,

    I suggest you try the following steps:

    1. You can run Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) to troubleshoot the issue.

        1. Open Start Menu, then click all programs, select Accessories, open the  system tools;

        2. Right-click Internet Explorer(No Add-ons), run as Administrator.

    2. Reset Internet Explorer settings and see how it works.

    3. Test issue in Clean Boot mode and Safe Mode with networking

    Hope this helps.
